Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles preferably within logistics or construction
- Proven track record of successful supply chain strategy development and implementation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and negotiation
- Willingness to travel as needed
