Job Requirements

  • strong data literacy with ability to leverage technology and dashboards to drive operational decisions

Job Duties

  • Provide executive oversight and strategic direction to all Directors of Operations
  • translate organizational vision into clear expectations for operational leaders
  • build and sustain a strong leadership bench through coaching, mentoring, and development
  • establish performance expectations and accountability structures for operational leadership
  • model company values in all decisions, behaviors, and leadership practices
  • promote employee engagement, retention, and psychological safety
  • maintain a visible presence in field operations
  • collaborate across departments to establish consistent operational standards and governance
  • lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, including new systems, processes, and standards
  • ensure 100% compliance with operational policies across all brands and locations
  • partner with People Operations, IT, and Accounting to optimize enterprise tools and technology
  • leverage technology to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
  • own operational financial outcomes across all brands, including sales, margins, and labor efficiency
  • drive performance conversations and turnaround plans for underperforming locations
  • review and approve operating budgets in collaboration with CFO and Directors of Operations
  • analyze P&L trends and implement corrective actions to achieve goals
  • identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and revenue enhancement
  • implement and uphold the EOS framework across operations
  • align operational priorities with company Rocks and L10 cadence
  • ensure clear goal-setting, issue identification, and resolution
  • maintain disciplined follow-through on commitments, scorecards, and action items
  • partner with the leadership team to remove barriers to execution and enhance organizational transparency
  • 100% attendance and reliable availability
  • model and promote company values including compassion, communication, and collaboration
