Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- minimum 10 years in hospitality or resort operations
- at least 7 years managing multi-venue operations
- proven group sales and spa, pool management experience
- casino resort background preferred
- expertise in financial management and capital planning
- strong knowledge of data analytics tools and hotel management software
- experience in change management
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple aggressive deadlines
- knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- authorized to sell and serve alcoholic beverages
- gaming license required, facilitated by company
- preferred certifications include CHA, CMP, CHRM, CHTP, ServSafe, lifeguard and CPR oversight credentials
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field

- 10 years in hospitality or resort operations with 7 years managing multi-venue operations
- strong group sales, hotel, spa, and pool oversight experience
- casino resort experience preferred
- expertise in P&L ownership, revenue/yield management, and capital planning
- strong skills in group sales, revenue management, and forecasting
- spa operations experience including menu design and therapist staffing
- pool management experience including lifeguard programs and health codes
- strong knowledge of hotel business intelligence tools and software
- data fluency with CRM, PMS, POS, spa booking, and dashboard-driven management
- experience with change management and operational transformations
- excellent negotiation and communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines
Job Duties
- Develops, implements, and oversees an innovative multi-year operations strategy for hotel operations, pool, spa, and group sales
- Leads creation of annual operating plans, budgets, labor strategies, capital requests, and ROI analyses
- Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance guest experience, streamline operations, improve profitability, and increase occupancy
- Uses data, forecasting, and dashboards to monitor performance, inform pricing, and implement corrective actions
- Ensures effective staffing, labor productivity, room inventory, maintenance, renovation planning, and cleanliness standards
- Oversees group sales strategy including segmentation, pipeline development, and account management
- Works with internal partners to manage the full group experience
- Manages post-stay follow ups, service recovery, and retention programs
- Oversees spa operations including menu design, retail strategy, memberships, service delivery, and compliance
- Introduces new wellness programming aligned with guest demand
- Oversees pool operations including cabana/daybed programs, seasonal activation, guest safety, and lifeguard certification
- Partners with entertainment teams for poolside programming and event support
- Ensures consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, SLAs, and training
- Responsible for seamless service to all guests including VIPs and loyalty members
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, labor, ADA, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Partners with Security and Legal on risk assessments and incident response
- Collaborates with IT on technology platforms supporting operations
- Builds, mentors, and develops a high performing leadership team
- Drives a culture of service excellence, inclusion, empowerment, and accountability
- Oversees training, succession planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Promotes retention through recognition programs and strong communication
- Participates in property meetings, operational reviews, and training
- Maintains industry knowledge through continuing education and benchmarking
- Performs other duties as assigned
