Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of operations leadership across hotels and/or resorts including luxury market experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as a General Manager with proven success
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining owner relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Set ambitious financial, operational, and guest experience targets through the Annual Business Plan process
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure sustained excellence
  • Monitor results throughout the year and partner with General Managers to identify opportunities
  • Implement solutions that strengthen revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Ensure each property authentically represents Hyatt’s luxury brand standards
  • Guide General Managers in delivering best-in-class service and operational alignment
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hotel leadership and ownership groups
  • Foster strong relationships with owners and align on business strategies
  • Oversee successful hotel openings, rebrandings, and transitions
  • Mentor and coach General Managers with performance feedback and career development
  • Lead oversight of the 10-year capital planning process to support investments and brand differentiation
