Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Extensive experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within a top logistics or manufacturing firm
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful logistics strategies
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and distribution best practices
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- An MBA or relevant certifications are highly desirable
Job Duties
- Developing and executing comprehensive logistics strategies that align with the company’s business objectives
- Overseeing all aspects of distribution, warehousing, and transportation to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Managing relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure quality service and optimize supply chain performance
- Utilizing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making and measure success
