Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years senior leadership experience in hospitality sales or commercial strategy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven success in hospitality sales revenue management and marketing
  • Experience leading teams and developing strategies
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to needs of hotels and partners

Job Duties

  • Serve as a trusted member of leadership team contributing to vision culture and community engagement
  • Empower sales teams to exceed goals with tools coaching and encouragement
  • Partner with on-property teams revenue management ecommerce and brand partners to align strategies
  • Build connections with owners clients brand representatives and community leaders
  • Anticipate market shifts identify opportunities and craft creative competitive approaches
  • Recruit develop and mentor sales professionals celebrating achievements and investing in growth
  • Visit properties to support teams uncover business and ensure consistent company support
  • Oversee sales strategies RFP responses and prospecting ensuring team victories
