Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 6+ years senior leadership experience in hospitality sales or commercial strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven success in hospitality sales revenue management and marketing
- Experience leading teams and developing strategies
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to needs of hotels and partners

Job Duties
- Serve as a trusted member of leadership team contributing to vision culture and community engagement
- Empower sales teams to exceed goals with tools coaching and encouragement
- Partner with on-property teams revenue management ecommerce and brand partners to align strategies
- Build connections with owners clients brand representatives and community leaders
- Anticipate market shifts identify opportunities and craft creative competitive approaches
- Recruit develop and mentor sales professionals celebrating achievements and investing in growth
- Visit properties to support teams uncover business and ensure consistent company support
- Oversee sales strategies RFP responses and prospecting ensuring team victories
