Job Duties
- Collaborate with Hotel and F&B Strategy Centers of Excellence to implement strategic initiatives
- Execute policies, operating procedures, training programs, and manuals ensuring full staff compliance
- Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development
- Provide leadership to maintain and improve guest experience and service standards
- Utilize resources to manage sales, drive profits, control labor and expenses
- Oversee staffing and employee engagement across Hotel and F&B divisions
- Ensure profitability of Hotel and F&B operations
