Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferably within business or hospitality
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in hospitality or revenue management
  • minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role
  • working knowledge of property management systems, central reservation systems, business intelligence tools, and revenue management systems

Job Duties

  • lead the strategic direction of all revenue-related initiatives across the Hawaii hotel portfolio
  • optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • forecast demand accurately to adjust pricing and inventory
  • control inventory to support revenue goals
  • develop and execute distribution strategies for multiple properties
  • collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align revenue management efforts
  • ensure competitive positioning in leisure and group segments
