Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Five to seven years of managerial experience in multi-channel equipment or accessories brands
  • Proven experience managing P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated success in retail, wholesale and digital sales operations
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Proficiency in managing multi-regional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Experience with change management and operational transformation
  • Ability to build relationships with senior customers and stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Fifteen years or more of progressive experience with five to seven years of managerial experience in multi-channel equipment/accessories brands
  • Experience leading business of similar size, scale and complexity with financial turnaround strategy track record
  • Proven success in wholesale, retail, digital operations for multi-category specialty retail
  • Strong background in brand management, product merchandising, retail development
  • Previous success leading large diverse teams across geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management and transformation
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Professional maturity to follow brand strategies, analyze performance, manage budgets and projections
  • Proven regional accomplishments with solid general management experience and commercial acumen
  • Dynamic presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills in team-oriented multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to manage relationships across all levels with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Responsible for overall digital, retail, wholesale distribution for Packs Americas business including full P&L responsibility
  • Set high expectations and create an environment that maximizes results, achieves strategic and financial plans, and motivates people to succeed
  • Collaborate with brand leadership and Americas regional leadership on 3-year, 5-year and seasonal strategy
  • Implement regionally relevant innovation and product concepts into territory teams through the global product engine
  • Direct development and execution of strategy maximizing performance of all functional areas within Americas including merchandising, inventory management, store and wholesale management, operations, finance, marketing
  • Hire, develop and motivate a talented team while building a strong bench for critical roles
  • Develop effective working relationships with senior management at major customers including national retailers and department stores
