Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten years progressive Food & Beverage management experience
- Minimum three years directing multi-unit Food & Beverage operation
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Casino Beverage services and administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Food & Beverage software
- Ability to manage high-pressure employee environments
- Strategic operational thinker
- Ability to develop financial and business plans
- Strong delegation and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts tactfully
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Ability to qualify for required licenses and permits

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Ten years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years of experience directing multi-unit Food & Beverage operations
- Knowledge of all phases of Food & Beverage and Casino Beverage administration and cost control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Food & Beverage software systems
- Ability to manage employees in a high-pressure environment
- Strategic and operational thinking regarding pricing, quality, marketing, customer satisfaction, and training
- Ability to develop financial, business, and capital expenditure plans
- Strong delegation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to interact and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Extensive knowledge of food cost and labor analysis
- Ability to present information effectively to management, clients, and the public
Job Duties
- Direct overall operations and staff of the Food & Beverage department
- Develop, implement, and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Ensure effective and efficient scheduling while maintaining labor costs and guest satisfaction
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and report concerns or deviations
- Support and promote superior customer service standards and address issues proactively
- Manage departmental expenditures and resources
- Design and engineer menus for all Food & Beverage outlets
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Implement and audit inventory and cost control systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Engage team members by managing feedback and grievances
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Provide leadership, training, and development to team members
- Maximize engagement through rewards and recognition programs
- Evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback
- Recommend staffing changes including hiring and scheduling
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff
- Resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully
