Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university, plus ten (10) years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum three (3) years of experience directing a multi-unit Food & Beverage operation
- knowledge of all phases of Food & Beverage and Casino Beverage administration and cost control
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Food & Beverage software systems
- ability to manage employees in a high-pressure environment
- strategic thinking regarding pricing, quality, marketing, customer satisfaction, and employee development
- ability to develop financial, business, and capital expenditure plans
- delegation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills
- excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Direct the overall operations and staff of the Food & Beverage department
- develop, implement, and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit achievements
- ensure effective scheduling to maintain labor costs while meeting staffing and guest satisfaction objectives
- prepare, monitor, and adhere to budgets and report deviations to Executive Management/General Manager
- enthusiastically support and promote superior customer service in accordance with company standards
- direct all Food & Beverage and Casino Beverage operations
- manage departmental expenditures and resources
- formally present updates and provide explanations and solutions to variances
- ensure quality and control standards in product receiving, holding, and issuance
- address operational challenges strategically within a large organization
- assist in designing and engineering menus
- observe and monitor staff performance
- implement and audit inventory and cost control systems
- enforce safety and sanitation policies in compliance with regulations
- manage team member engagement by addressing feedback and grievances
- ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to Executive Management/General Manager
- maintain strict confidentiality in departmental and company matters
