Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of ten years' experience in full service, upscale resort or hotel in leadership role
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card
- Valid Non-Gaming Card
- Valid Gaming Registration
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and multiple priorities effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of ten years' experience in upscale resort or hotel leadership
- Expert knowledge of hotel operations including food, beverage and service techniques
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Certification in ServSafe Manager

Job Duties
- Ensure department maintains highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control and consistency
- Develop a department vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Develop new outlet concepts and refresh existing operations
- Streamline purchasing efforts to receive best pricing
- Promote resort creatively with marketing team
- Manage critical path process during openings and new initiatives
- Ensure compliance with operating standards, policies and procedures
- Measure and improve performance using analytics
- Monitor sales, labor reports and P&L
- Collaborate with finance in budget development
- Conduct competitive price analysis
- Develop network for F&B collaboration
- Present F&B vision to leadership and attract partners
- Provide F&B operations support across the resort
