Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Pilot's license
- Ten years director experience
- Must pass 10-year background check including FAA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
- Ability to stand and walk 5 percent of the time
- Ability to sit 90 percent of the time
- Ability to travel 30 percent of the time
- Ability to lift overhead up to 50 lbs
- Ability to handle numerous activities simultaneously and complete in a timely manner
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems timely

Job Qualifications
- Pilot's license
- Ten years previous director experience
- Must pass a 10-year background check including FAA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ATP certification
Job Duties
- Maintain all contracts relevant to flight operations
- Manage and supervise flight operations engineering including aircraft performance data
- Oversee infrastructure issues such as routes, airports, FMS data customization, and NOTAMS
- Formulate operational policies
- Ensure prompt reporting, filing, and follow-up of occurrences to government agencies
- Liaise directly with the FAA on operational matters including qualifications of airmen and regulatory compliance
- Manage training records for all crewmembers and dispatchers
- Prepare reports and correspondence related to operations and flight crews
- Maintain flight and duty records
- Ensure flight operations have necessary facilities, equipment, and services to meet safety and security requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company manuals, Operations Specifications, and FAA regulations
- Liaise with domestic and international regulatory authorities, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors
- Assume duties of subordinates in their temporary absence when qualified
