Job Requirements

education or experience relevant to senior activities or related fields
active driver's license in good standing for occasional driving duties
ability to connect with seniors and plan engaging activities
positive attitude and energetic approach
availability for part-time work
creativity and enthusiasm for community engagement

Job Qualifications

quickly connect with people and love to learn about them
use talents such as singing, dancing, artistry, poetry, history or trivia to enhance activities
exercise creativity in planning and execution
maintain a positive attitude and high energy
hold an active driver's license in good standing

Job Duties

get to know the residents of Brightview to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming
promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities
participate in activities such as games, painting, singing and music and help organize and run these events
utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the daily activities
occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events
help set up and break down events and activities
