Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years in music, concert, or event industry
- Proficient in ticketing software and box office operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Airtable, Asana, and Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to travel extensively including internationally
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required
- Capable of working in loud and dynamic environments
- Must have work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to tolerate varying temperature climates during events
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in music, concert, and/or event industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing software, event programming, and box office operations
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
- Excellent inventory and project management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Outstanding reporting and analysis skills
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, and Asana
- Active problem solver with sense of urgency
- Superior oral and written communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel extensively including international travel and work evenings and weekends
- Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
Job Duties
- Build events on the Vibee sales platform including seat maps
- Monitor and track ticket sales producing comprehensive sales reports
- Collaborate with the Event Programming Coordinator to maintain event builds
- Develop and execute ticketing strategies including reserved seating and VIP packages
- Manage ticket inventory and holds for events
- Monitor Airtable and internal systems for order adjustments
- Support onsite ticketing operations including box office activities and issue resolution
- Train and onboard team members, clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure smooth internal order management and group ticket sales
- Assist in seating assignments for reserved seating events
- Document and maintain ticketing standard operating procedures
- Develop relationships with ticketing integration partners
- Collaborate with onsite Ticketing team for operational workflow
- Liaise with Vibee Experience team for package fulfillment
- Coordinate with Properties team for hotel inventory
- Work with event production teams on ticketing alignment
- Assist in quality control audits
- Prepare and distribute sales summaries and forecasting reports
- Ensure platform compliance with regulatory and financial standards
- Provide ad hoc project support and identify process improvements
