Job Requirements
- Must possess work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments on site
- Willingness to work during evening and weekend hours to meet deadlines
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in varying temperature climates
- Commitment to uphold safety and compliance standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in event production with leadership experience in fan experience customer service or hospitality preferably in entertainment industry
- Demonstrated reputation for excellence supported by at least 5 professional references
- Superior communication and organizational skills with strong multitasking ability
- Proficient in Google Suite applications with emphasis on Google Sheets
- Ability to work long hours with a flexible schedule
- Capable of responding professionally to dynamic and unexpected event situations
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
Job Duties
- Supervise and guide the team ensuring efficient performance and quality standards
- Encourage and support staff maintaining a positive work environment
- Assign responsibilities covering all areas throughout shifts
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance for new employees
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules balancing workload and budget
- Monitor staff breaks in line with labor laws and uphold policies
- Address staffing issues promptly collaborating with HR when necessary
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks
- Monitor availability of materials and equipment reporting shortages
- Handle customer and client concerns and complaints professionally
- Manage complex customer service situations requiring managerial attention
- Ensure staff adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Respond effectively to emergencies or crises
- Communicate clearly with team updating responsibilities during shifts
- Document incidents customer concerns and operational issues
- Provide feedback on performance and offer guidance for improvement
