Job Requirements
- Must possess work authorization without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Availability to work 1-2 additional remote days weekly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and tolerate loud environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Must work evenings and weekends as needed
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree considered a bonus
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, live events, ticketing or guest services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Experience with sales platforms, Airtable, and Slack is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome fans in person at Vibee events
- Check in guests using iPads and verify identification
- Provide detailed information about artists, event packages, and schedules
- Address and resolve guest service issues promptly and professionally
- Manage inbound communications remotely via phone, email, text, and chat
- Coordinate with technical support and other departments to troubleshoot issues
- Provide feedback and insights to improve future fan experiences
