Job Requirements

  • Must be available for onsite work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
  • Ability to work remotely on 1-2 additional days per week
  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must possess legal work authorization without visa sponsorship
  • Must have reliable computer and internet access for remote work
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multiple-demand work environment
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, live events, ticketing, or guest service industries
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Experience with sales platforms, Airtable and Slack is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to learn new computer programs and systems
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure managing multiple priorities
  • Positive approach with integrity and discretion
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome fans, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit
  • Provide the highest level and quality of guest service, ensuring guest confidence
  • Verify identification and provide guests with appropriate credentials and package elements
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat and text during non-onsite hours
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing, technical, and hospitality issues promptly
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when managing guest concerns and complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and escalate guest service issues as needed
