Job Requirements

  • must possess work authorization without sponsorship
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work thursday friday saturday in person onsite in las vegas
  • capacity to work 1-2 additional remote days flexibly
  • ability to work evenings and weekends
  • must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature climates
  • willingness to travel as needed
  • must be able to use computer effectively
  • ability to communicate well with diverse audiences

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent bachelor’s degree considered a bonus
  • one or more years of phone or in-person experience in hospitality live events ticketing or guest service industry
  • experience with microsoft office and g-suite programs
  • skills in sales platforms airtable and slack are a bonus
  • ability to work in fast-paced multiple-demand environments
  • excellent communication interpersonal organizational and guest service skills
  • problem solving and active listening skills
  • ability to multitask
  • willingness to learn new computer programs and systems
  • exceptional guest service skills
  • ability to respond to changes or unexpected situations

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome fans ensuring they feel valued from arrival
  • provide high-quality guest service maintaining guest confidence
  • complete waivers or releases associated with packages
  • verify identification and issue credentials gift bags or package elements
  • provide information about artists vibee packages and concert events
  • manage fan concerns and guest service issues effectively
  • resolve guest queries via voice text chat and email
  • coordinate with technical support hospitality and event management to resolve issues
  • maintain calm professional attitude when troubleshooting
  • adhere to company processes procedures and policies
  • maintain artist knowledge to engage fans
  • collect and provide feedback for event improvement
