Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant phone and email customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and multitasking capabilities
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team
- Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs and Sheets
- Availability to work up to 20-29 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree considered a bonus
- 2+ years of phone and email experience in hospitality, live events, ticketing or a related customer service industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office and G-Suite programs
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multiple-demand work environment
- Excellent oral and written communications and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills

- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally and work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Resolve high volume customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide the highest level and quality of customer service at all times ensuring customer confidence
- Utilize verbal, electronic, paper, and other means of communication with customers, and make suggestions for the improvement of communication systems
- Maintain a calm, positive and professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with guests having situations and issues
- Advise and support other members of the customer services team and external departments in relation to event and venue information and customer queries
- Adhere to all company and departmental processes, procedures, and policies
- Perform other projects and tasks as needed if available and willing
