Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in partnership development or event operations within hospitality entertainment or related industries
- Strong financial acumen with budget management forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets Google Suite Microsoft Office and Asana
- Ability to prioritize organize problem solve follow-up and communicate
- Active problem solver with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness and ability to travel and work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in partnership development or event operations within hospitality entertainment or related industries

- Knowledge of event production logistics including venue operations and vendor management
- Strong financial acumen with budget management forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Ability to prioritize organize problem solve follow-up and communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets Google Suite Microsoft Office and Asana
- Active problem solver with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Job Duties
- Manage and optimize ancillary program revenues including financial oversight budget management and commission negotiations
- Coordinate with finance for accurate sales reporting invoice verification and commission reconciliation
- Analyze performance metrics guest experience feedback and market trends to inform business decisions identify growth opportunities and optimize existing offerings
- Define and implement strategic plans for ancillary products including pricing promotions and product enhancements
- Identify and solicit new partners negotiate terms and commissions to enhance program inclusions
- Maintain relationships with existing partners ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party providers ensuring service quality cost-effectiveness and alignment with brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan design and execute ancillary program elements ensuring brand and customer alignment
- Utilize project management tools to track timelines progress and communicate updates
- Coordinate hiring managing contract team members for fulfillment kitting shipping and onsite distribution
- Oversee inventory management ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment
- Manage logistical operations for ancillary program elements including venue setup and onsite coordination
- Troubleshoot issues maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Develop promotional strategies with Marketing to maximize exposure
- Create marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales and engagement
- Monitor and analyze financial performance providing reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies including budget adherence and expense management
- Develop revenue projections monitor performance against targets identify risks and opportunities
- Lead and mentor a team fostering accountability innovation and collaboration
