Job Requirements
- Must hold commercial and instrument helicopter ratings
- Must have a first class medical certificate
- Minimum 2,000 total flight hours including specific helicopter and turbine hours
- Must have night flight experience as required
- Must meet weight limit of 235 pounds
- Must be able to pass physical exam including lifting 100 pounds
- Must pass drug screening and background checks
- Must reside within 1-hour commute of Mesa, AZ base
- Must be willing to participate in community outreach and company safety programs
- Must be available for 7 and 7 day/night shifts
- Must demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Commercial helicopter rating
- Instrument helicopter rating
- First Class Medical certificate
- Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,500 hours helicopter flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC helicopter time
- 500 hours turbine helicopter flight time
- 100 hours unaided night operations or 50 hours unaided plus 100 hours NVG
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to pass pre-placement physical and background checks
Job Duties
- Operate AS350 aircraft in compliance with CAMTS guidelines
- Perform 24-hour VFR and NVG operations with instrument rating
- Assist with loading and unloading of patients and equipment
- Participate in community outreach programs
- Perform line pilot duties according to GOM
- Support company safety campaigns including Destination Zero
- Provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service to customers
