Job Duties

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle messages efficiently
  • process payments, balance cash drawers, and manage daily financial transactions
  • maintain and update patient records and contact information
  • prepare and review invoices, estimates, and consent forms
  • support communication between clients and the medical team
  • monitor the flow of appointments to help the team stay on schedule
  • keep the lobby tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked
  • assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and procedures
  • comfort and safely restrain pets during exams or treatments
  • clean and prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
  • monitor and care for boarding and hospitalized patients
  • perform basic husbandry tasks such as feeding, walking, cleaning kennels
  • restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized and ready for the next patient
  • maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital to uphold high standards of care
  • communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence
  • support teammates and welcome learning for both yourself and others
