Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or veterinary environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries courteously
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Assist with billing and processing payments
  • Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
  • Support the clinic’s positive culture and promote a smooth workflow
