Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability for full-time work including Saturdays
- strong client communication skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a customer service or veterinary receptionist role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude
- manage appointment scheduling and client communications promptly and accurately
- handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- maintain organized client and patient records
- facilitate smooth communication between clients and veterinary staff
- support administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing
- uphold the hospital's high standards for customer service and compassion
