Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a customer service or veterinary receptionist role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude
  • manage appointment scheduling and client communications promptly and accurately
  • handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • maintain organized client and patient records
  • facilitate smooth communication between clients and veterinary staff
  • support administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing
  • uphold the hospital's high standards for customer service and compassion
