Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or veterinary reception
  • ability to work full-time including some weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage time and multitask in a busy environment
  • organizational skills and attention to detail
  • previous experience in a veterinary receptionist or client services role preferred
  • familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus
