Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism
  • Proficient with computer systems and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk reception and client check-ins
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about services
  • Maintain accurate patient records and database
  • Assist veterinary staff with patient intake and discharge processes
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and medical team
  • Support office administration and organizational tasks
