- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours Monday through Friday
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology and software usage

- Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus but not required
