Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or reception role
  • Ability to work full-time with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a client-facing role
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Familiarity with veterinary clinic software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic management software
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly
  • Handle the check-in and check-out process including payments and paperwork
  • Maintain organized client records and update patient information accurately
  • Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations
