Job Description

The role available is that of a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, offering a salary range of $18 to $22 per hour. This pivotal customer-facing position serves as the first and last point of contact for clients and their pets, playing a crucial role in shaping a positive experience. Working Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, the veterinary receptionist will greet clients and patients warmly, schedule appointments, manage client communications, and handle patient check-ins and check-outs. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • basic proficiency with computer systems and software
  • compassionate attitude towards animals and clients
  • availability to work Monday through Wednesday and Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a veterinary clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • knowledge of veterinary terminology and appointment scheduling software advantageous
