Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work full-time with availability on designated Saturdays
- basic computer skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- greet clients and patients upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
- schedule and manage appointments using veterinary software
- answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly
- assist with billing, payments, and maintaining accurate client records
- coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- support team members with administrative tasks as needed
