Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- comfortable working with animals
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic computer literacy including experience with software applications
- physically capable of assisting with light animal handling and maintaining a clean work environment

Job Duties
- Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
- answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
- educate clients about our services and basic pet care
- maintain accurate client and patient records in our veterinary software
- process invoices, collect payments, and handle financial transactions
- support patient check-ins and check-outs, review consent forms
- assist with retail product sales and restocking
- perform clerical duties such as faxing, mailing, filing, and ordering supplies
- clean and maintain the front desk and lobby areas
- assist with light animal handling (e.g., weighing pets)
- collaborate with fellow team members and support hospital operations
