Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or veterinary reception preferred
- ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to providing outstanding client service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet clients and their pets upon arrival
- manage appointment schedules and patient records
- answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
