- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary clinic operations is a plus
- Proficient with scheduling and billing software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated empathy for clients, pets, and coworkers
Job Duties
- Greet clients and pets, answer multi-line phones, and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently for doctors, grooming, boarding, and daycare
- Create invoices, process payments, explain charges, and handle estimates accurately
- Maintain accurate client and patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Manage check-ins/check-outs, relay messages, coordinate patient flow, and maintain a clean reception area
