Job Duties
- Be the first person (in person and on the phone) every client meets
- Triage emergencies, schedule complex appointments, and manage medical records
- Solve problems on the fly – health questions, payment options, grief support – always with empathy and accuracy
- Partner with doctors and techs to turn chaos into care
