- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or veterinary reception preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including Saturday mornings
- friendly and compassionate demeanor
- basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- greet and assist clients upon arrival
- manage appointment scheduling and client communications
- maintain accurate patient and client records
- support veterinary staff with daily clinical tasks
- handle billing and payment processing
- ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized
- participate in community events to promote clinic services
