Job Requirements
- Part-time availability including Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and every other Saturday morning
- experience in a customer service or reception role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly and ensure both clients and pets feel welcome and cared for
- answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
- record accurate communications and clinical histories in patient charts
- process payments and review medical records, estimates, and discharge instructions with clients
- provide basic information about foods, medications, and products
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
