Job Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure both clients and pets feel welcome and cared for
  • answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
  • record accurate communications and clinical histories in patient charts
  • process payments and review medical records, estimates, and discharge instructions with clients
  • provide basic information about foods, medications, and products
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
