Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some customer service experience preferred
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work four 10-hour shifts including rotating Saturdays
  • self-motivated with good organizational skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • willingness to learn and take instruction

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and patients upon arrival
  • manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • handle client communications via phone and email
  • process billing, payments, and insurance paperwork
  • maintain accurate patient records and files
  • assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks
  • support a positive and welcoming environment for clients and team members
