Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the veterinary field

Job Duties

  • Warmly greeting clients and their pets to create exceptional first impressions
  • Managing multi-line phone systems and accurately documenting client information
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments along with handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinating with veterinary staff to alert departments of patient arrivals and prepare patient files
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance client experience
  • Delivering compassionate communication of pet care instructions
  • Handling payments with accuracy and attention to detail
