Job Duties
- Warmly greeting clients and their pets to create exceptional first impressions
- Managing multi-line phone systems and accurately documenting client information
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments along with handling check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinating with veterinary staff to alert departments of patient arrivals and prepare patient files
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance client experience
- Delivering compassionate communication of pet care instructions
- Handling payments with accuracy and attention to detail
