Job Duties

  • Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
  • manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with efficiency and empathy
  • schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • work confidently within veterinary management software to update charts and manage communications
  • provide clear, compassionate client education and follow-up
  • collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure excellent patient care and smooth daily flow
  • handle multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure - you are the first and last impression our clients have
