Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in a veterinary or customer service role
excellent communication skills
ability to use computer systems and software
availability to work rotating Saturdays
ability to handle phone calls and client interactions professionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in veterinary reception or a similar customer service role
strong communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency with veterinary practice management software
ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
empathy and passion for animal care
basic knowledge of animal breeds and behavior preferred

Job Duties

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival
schedule and confirm appointments accurately
answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly
manage patient check-in and check-out processes
maintain and update patient records and databases
communicate effectively with veterinary staff to support patient care
handle billing and payment processing efficiently
