Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time four 10-hour days a week, Monday to Friday
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Comfortable with client communication technologies such as texting and online booking
- Must be comfortable around animals and veterinary clinic environments
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience in veterinary settings is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and understand medical terminology
- Comfortable using client communication technology
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working around animals
Job Duties
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with clients through two-way texting, emailing, and online booking
- Learning and applying veterinary medical protocols and terminology
- Maintaining a clean and neat lobby and client restroom
- Managing simultaneous high call volume and in-person client interactions
- Multitasking and switching between tasks while ensuring follow-up
