Job Requirements

  • minimum three years of client service experience
  • preferred previous veterinary experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • scheduling and managing appointments
  • multi-tasking between phone and in-person clients
  • processing financial transactions
  • capable of general hospital cleaning
  • availability for full-time 4/9 schedule including rotating Saturdays

Job Duties

  • greet visitors warmly and compassionately as the face of the hospital
  • schedule and manage the flow of appointments
  • provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients
  • process financial transactions accurately
  • answer inquiries and provide essential information about veterinary services
  • maintain general hospital cleanliness
  • assist in team-focused environment collaborations
