Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or veterinary industry preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with computer software and data entry
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- must be personable and able to interact positively with clients and staff
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred
- proficiency in using Cornerstone software or similar practice management tools advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- empathetic and personable with a passion for helping others
- basic computer skills and familiarity with office technology
Job Duties
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- respond to client questions promptly and accurately
- process incoming and outgoing pets efficiently
- handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- answer telephone calls, screen service requests, and schedule appointments
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
- monitor and maintain cleanliness of the client waiting area
- document and update client information and service data using business operations software
- escalate complex client issues to senior staff when required
