Job Duties
- Greet clients and respond to questions promptly
- Process incoming and outgoing pets efficiently
- Handle payments and billing transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls, screen service needs, and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail correspondence
- Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Document and maintain client information and service data within business operations software
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff as needed
