Animal Medical Center is a well-established, progressive, and fast-paced companion animal veterinary practice located in Hernando, Mississippi, with an additional branch in neighboring Senatobia, Mississippi. Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-year veterinary receptionist experience
- ability to handle unpleasant odors and noises
- comfortable being exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- computer literacy
- compassionate and patient demeanor

Job Duties
- maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
- greet and welcome clients and patients
- answer questions and triage client concerns
- answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
- schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
- check in and check out clients and process payments
- offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need
