Job Duties
- Checking patients in, discharging patients, invoicing
- providing exceptional customer service such as greeting clients, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments
- answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff
- scheduling referrals
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
- update and file patient charts
- retrieve prescriptions
- assist with pet supply purchases such as food and supplements
- maintain the cleanliness of reception area and waiting room
- retail sales
