Job Duties
- greet clients and their pets warmly as the first point of contact
- manage multiple phone lines and respond to client inquiries
- schedule appointments and maintain calendar accuracy
- process client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- handle client billing and payments accurately
- assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- support the front-desk team by maintaining a clean and organized reception area
