Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or administrative role
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work Monday through Saturday during specified hours
- passion for providing compassionate service to clients and pets
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Qualifications

- prior veterinary experience is a plus
- familiarity with AVImark software is a plus
Job Duties
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls
- schedule appointments and manage client records
- process invoices and handle data entry
- provide excellent client service and support for our veterinary team
- contribute to a welcoming, caring clinic environment
